I got the machine in about 10 days and first one is good (simple trial case)
After first one, the machine is not good. The printer cannot move to correct place and continue to bump into the platform. The maintain button in the app is useless and I cannot find any other reset button or method to correct the issue. No response from support team, sales representative or contact form in the web. Cannot recommend.
