printer is no working because of error in app, support don't reply emails
If you are looking for a compact 3D printer experience, the Kokoni EC2 is a good choice. However, if you need step by step instructions, forget it. New learners have to try and do everything on their own. Not having detail instructions on how to resize projects is very frustrating. The chat online service has not worked and the customer service is bad. The printer is really cute but my overall experience is terrible. I sent an email days ago and still haven't gotten a response. I am thinking about returning the product and going with another brand.
Got as a gift, and doesn’t work. Tried contacting for help…. No one there…. Just error after error. Followed the “instructions” which was nothing, and videos online…. Still doesn’t work.
There is NO customer support. The printer has not arrived. The company sent the wrong fedex tracking number, which lists the printer as having arrived in CALIFORNIA (I live in PA.) I have written the company twice with NO REPLY.
It never arrived.
