If you notice that the print is not adhering securely to the build plate during printing, while the nozzle continues to extrude, you can use the blue/black masking tape included in the packaging and apply it to the build plate. This will shorten the distance between the build plate and the nozzle to enhance adhesion. If that still doesn't resolve the issue, you can apply an additional piece of tape on the bottom of the build plate, further reducing the distance between the build plate and the nozzle. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Only EC2 models support remote monitoring and timelapse recording. To use this feature, refer to the guidelines provided in the KOKONI 3D App. Before starting the print, you can select the timelapse video recording option. Once the print is completed, the timelapse video will be automatically generated and saved locally.

Several factors can lead to poor quality prints, with one of the most common being bed leveling issues. Ensure proper placement of the build plate by confirming that the magnetic build plate is correctly positioned within the print bed square, with all four corners of the build plate properly aligned.

To set up your KOKONI 3D Printer,

• First, download the KOKONI 3D App from the App Store or Play Store.
• Next, navigate to the Home Page and select "Connect your printer." Behind the EC series machine, locate the red button and press it.
• Upon hearing a beep sound, input your home Wi-Fi name and password.
• Once you hear a second beep sound and observe the white light remaining illuminated on the 3D printer, it indicates successful internet connectivity.

Once you find a desired model, simply download the STL file and upload it to https://www.kokoni.ltd/home/pages/index/index to sync the models to your app.
