Shipping policy

1. Instant Notice:

KOKONI team will instantly update the latest shipping status to all, including without limitation: emergencies, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas Promotion, and the impact of COVID-19...etc.

2. Shipping Services:

2.1 Delivery time:

If your order contains more than one product, the estimated time of arrival will be up to the product which takes the longest. We will not separate one order but if you require to receive products individually, please order separately and remark on them.

Usually, your order will be dispatched from our US/EU/CAN/AUS warehouse within 2-4 business days after you fulfill the payment. You will get a tracking number by FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT, or your local Post, which depends on the destination country, you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks.

2.2 Shipping Fee:

For the United States and Canada: Orders over $100 (including $100) will enjoy free shipping. Orders less than $100 will be charged a shipping fee of $25.

For other regions: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

2.3 Waybill Notification:

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the waybill number (you need to agree on SMS permission when placing the order). You can click the hyperlink and skip to the express’ official website to track the shipment status of your package.

2.4 Inspection and Sign:

As KOKONI printers are quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. Do not sign the delivery or open the package if it's damaged or deformed. In such cases, please contact support@kokoni3d.com

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, KOKONI will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact KOKONI Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

3. Shipping Notice:

3.1. If we are encouencountering several orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If an applicant delay happens, we will contact you via email or telephone in advance.

3.2. Normally, we don't support customers’ assigning specified express companies.

3.3. Please confirm your receiving information repeatedly, we support modification but whether it is a success ss or not, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped. Because of different tax rates, we do not allow our customers to change the country state after the order has been placed and paid via credit card or bank transfer, if so, please cancel and place a new order.

3.4. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund.

4. The Activated Markets:

KOKONI store is currently open to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, Germany, China, and China Hong Kong total of 9 markets, the main market is the United States. Other countries are not yet open due to inconvenient transportation, so stay tuned!
